Display Accessories

Rhythm n Rail have number of “Display Accessories” that may be borrowed, free of charge, by Not-for-Profit Community and Sporting Groups based in Junee Shire.

First, there are 12 x A4 Double-sided Blackboards, that are stored in Three seperate kits. Each kit contains:

• 4 x A4 Double-sided Blackboards
• 16 x 5mm tipped Fluoro Markers
• 1 x Microfibre Cleaning Cloth
• Pencil case (storing the markers and cleaning cloth)
• Plastic Storage Tub (storing the pencil case and blackboards)

 

NOTE: ONLY Liquid Chalk pens should be used on the Black Boards. DO NOT use White Board Markers, Permanent Markers nor Dry Chalk!

Next, there are A4 clear perspex display stands

• 10 x A4 Slanted Clear Display Stands — Portrait
• 10 x A4 Slanted Clear Display Stands — Landscape
• Plastic Storage Tub

 

Finally, there are A5 clear perspex display stands and A6 double-sided name plates

• 10 x A5 Slanted Clear Display Stands — Portrait
• 10 x A5 Slanted Clear Display Stands — Landscape
• 20 x A6 Double-sided Clear Name Plates
• Plastic Storage Tub

Hire Charges

Not-for-Profit Community Groups and Sporting Clubs based in Junee Shire may borrow them FREE of CHARGE. All we ask is you wipe the blackboards clean (using a LIGHTLY-Damp cloth, followed by a DRY Cloth) and remove any signs from the Display Stands before returning them to us.

Other organisations, businesses and private functions may hire the Display Accessories. Please contact us for pricing.

• This is an EXPRESSION OF INTEREST and does NOT constitute a booking

• A booking is not confirmed until Rhythm n Rail confirms the booking in writing

• Borrowed (hired) equipment is to be returned to Rhythm n Rail within two business days of stated event date.

• If any equipment is returned late, unwashed, damaged or with parts missing, the above named organisation will be charged a replacement fee.

• In the event of not complying with the terms and conditions, I acknowledge that Rhythm n Rail Inc reserves the right to charge a fee to recover costs.
