Paul and Sharon Ellem, the owners of the local business Hotondo Homes Bradall Building, were proud to raise $2,000 for Make-a-Wish® Australia by auctioning off a custom made Rail Cottage Cubby House during the 2017 Junee Rhythm n Rail Festival.

Paul built this amazing cubby house, with a little veranda out front, a corrugated iron roof and even a picket fence. Meanwhile, local seamstress Judy Webb donated the gorgeous curtains and bunting. It was professionally auctioned by Rob Barratt of PRD National Junee in front of a large crowd outside the Athenium Theatre.

A lovely local Junee family, the Harts, ultimately cast the winning bid of $2000, and all proceeds were donated to Make-A-Wish® Australia.
