In the days leading up to the 2016 Junee Rhythm n Rail Festival, the Junee Southern Cross ran an advertising feature highlighting all the various events that would occur over the Festival weekend.

Highlights of Saturday include Australian and World Record holder Lawrence Legend, who will attempt a jump length ways over a 48 Class Locomotive.

Sunday’s family focus continues with a Poets Breakfast from 8am before Memorial Park comes to life with all things motor.

The weekend will be capped off with a winners performance of the Junee Search for a Star.

For the enjoyment of festival patrons, a number of trips aboard the Steam Engine 3237 will occur over the weekend, including a three course Steam Train dinner will occur on Saturday evening.
