The “Sheather Circuit” located at Illabo Motorsport Park is one of four Gasworks Motorsport Inc’s operations, hosting Vintage Speedway race meetings along with Club events for its Kart Buggy and Bike members. The latter particularly directed towards providing driver/rider training for our young folk.
As part of the 2018 Junee Rhythm n Rail Festival, Gasworks Motorsports will be conducting a Vintage Speedway meeting “The Shannon’s Vintage Spectacular” on Sunday 11th March starting at 10.00am through till 4.00pm.
The action-packed program includes Vintage Speed cars, Compact rear engine classic formula 500’s, Modified’s, and Sprint cars.
Our catering service van the “Illabo Café de Wheels” will be there with plenty of food & drinks on hand, along with the “Working Horse Coffee Roasters” Cappuccino Coffee Shop.
So, bring somebody to hold onto and come out to see some great Vintage Speedway action.
Cost: Adults $5. Pensioners $3. Children $3. Children under 12 FREE.

Illabo Motorsports Park
- Head north out of Junee on the Olympic Hwy (towards Cootamundra)
- At the railway level crossing, just before the Grain Silo in Illabo,
turn RIGHT on to Barbins Road - Take the slight LEFT on to Morris Street, which becomes Eurongilly Rd
- Continue about 1km until reaching Illabo Showground Rd and turn LEFT
